 Description: Pileus 6-8 cm, campanulate then flat, grayish brown, glabrous, margin striate. Gills free, crowded of several lengths, creamy white, denticulate. Stipe central, 4-7 × 0.3-0.6 cm, white, glabrous. Annulus not seen. Volva saccate, membranous, white. Spores globose, hyaline, smooth, I-, 8-13 μm, hyphae without clamps.
