Description: | Pileus 2.5-3 cm, flat, grayish brown, glabrous, margin striate. Gills free, crowded of several lengths, white, entire. Stipe central, 5.5 × 0.2 cm, hollow, white, glabrous. Annulus membranous, white. Volva saccate, membranous, white. Spores broadly elliptical, hyaline, smooth, I-, 10-13 × 8-10 μm, hyphae without clamps. | |||
