 Description: CYA, 25°C, 7 days: colony diameters 20-22 mm, center wrinkled, deep, somewhat floccose, subcenter radially sulcate, dense, velutinous, margin entire, narrow; mycelium white; co-nidiogenesis abundant, greyish green (25C-D3-5); exudate pale yellow (2A2-3); soluble pigment pastel yellow to light yellow (3A4-5); reverse brownish orange to brownish yellow (5C4-6) or light brown to yellowish brown (5D4-6). MEA, 25°C, 7 days: colony diameters 21-23 mm, plane, velutinous, margin entire, narrow; mycelium white; conidiogenesis abundant, dark green (26F4-5) to greyish green (26E4-5); exudate and soluble pigment absent; reverse greyish green (1C3-4) or yellowish grey-greyish yellow (4B2-3), margin yellowish white (1A2). G25N, 25°C, 7 days: colony diameters 11-18 mm, center convoluted, deep, dense, veluti-nous, sometimes somewhat raised, sulcate, more or less floccose, margin entire, submerged; mycelium white; conidiogenesis abundant, dull green (25D3-4, 27D3-4); exudate lacking; soluble pigment very faint, yellowish white (3A2); reverse greyish yellow (4B3-5) to light yellow (4A4-5). CYA, 5°C, 7 days: no germination.. CYA, 37°C, 7 days: colony diameters 11-14 mm, center wrinkled, deep, floccose, subcenter sulcate, dense, velutinous-floccose, margin narrow; mycelium white; conidiogenesis abundant, greenish white to pastel green (25A2-4); exudate yellowish white (1A2); soluble pigment absent; reverse blond-golden (4C4-5) or yellowish white (4A2). Conidiophores and conidia: conidiophores on MEA borne mostly from superficial myce-lium; stipes septate, apices vesiculate, up to 6.4 μm, 14-194 × 2.4-3.2 μm, smooth, thin-walled; penicilli mostly biverticillate, sometimes monoverticillate; metulae in verticils of 2-5, smooth, 9.6-29.6 × 2.0-3.2 μm; phialides in verticils of 3-21, ampulliform, smooth, 7.2-8.9 × 2.4-3.2 μm, collula gradually tapering, some with a length up to 2.4 μm; conidia subspheroidal to spheroidal, 2.0-3.6 μm, finely roughened, thin walled, borne in compact slender columns.
