Description: | Leaf spots angularly suborbicular, 3-10 mm, pale yellowish brown on the upper surface, dingy grey on the lower surface. Fruiting hypophyllous, visible as thin grayish effuse layer throughout the spot. Stromata lacking or a few brown cells. Conidiophores several to dense in a fascicle, pale olivaceous brown, paler at the apex, uniform in width, 1-2 septate, not branched, rarely once geniculate, straight to slightly curved, conically rounded at the apex, 15-40 × 3-4.5 μm. Conidia subhyaline to pale olivaceous, narrowly obclavato-cylindric or linear, straight to mildly curved, 2-15 septate, subacute to subobtuse at the apex, long obconically truncate to subtruncate at the base, 20-110 × 2.5-4.5 μm. | |||
