Description: | Leaf spots amphigenous, suborbicular, 1-4 mm wide, center whitish to pale grayish brown, with a brown to purplish border, occasionally with a yellow halo. Fruiting always epiphyllous. Stromata dark brown, 30-40 μm wide. Conidiophores up to 25 in a fascicle, pale to medium olivaceous brown, paler and narrower towards the apex, simple, rarely branched, straight to subfiexuous, sometimes torulose, sparingly septate, not geniculate, rounded or truncate at the apex, 10-50 × 3.5-5.5 μm; conidial scars unthickened. Conidia filiform, subhyaline to very pale olivaceous, substraight to strongly curved, indistinctly 7-15 septate, subobtuse at the apex, truncate at the base, 50-150 × 3-4 μm; hilum unthickened. | |||
