 Description: Leaf spots suborbicular to irregular, coalesced to form large spots, up to 10 mm wide, brown, identical on both leaf surfaces. Caespituli epiphyllous. Stromata well developed, immersed, subglobular, up to 70 μm wide, dark brown. Conidiophores up to 20 or more stalks in a fascicle, brown, uniform in colour or slightly paler at the apex, erect or slightly divergent, substraight or sinuous, uniform in width, simple, plainly multiseptate, geniculate, truncate or rounded at the apex, 40-140 × 4-5 μm; conidial scars indistinct. Conidia cylindro-obclavate, olivaceous, straight to slightly curved, 3-6 septate, truncate at the base with an unthickened hilum, 30-60 × 4-5 μm.
