 Description: Leaf spots angular, vein-limited, dark brown, 2-5 mm wide. Fruiting hypophyllous. Secondary external mycelium absent. Stromata none. Conidiophores emerging singly or 2-3 in a fascicle through the stomata, erect, simple or branched, 1-4 septate, yellowish brown, more or less cylindrical, slightly broader at the apex ' with slight geniculation, 45-85 lira × 4.5-5 μm; conidial scars very slightly thickened, distinctly visible but not usually mark conspicuous, 1-1.5 μm in diam. Conidia pale to moderate olivaceous, rarely very pale brown, subcylindric or obclavato-fusoid, straight to slightly curved or sometimes abruptly bent, mostly 1- or 2-septate, rarely 0- or 3-septate, sometimes slightly constricted at the septa, subacute or rounded at the apex, obconic or obconically rounded (rarely obconically truncate) at the base, 13-36 μm × 4.5-5.5 μm, hilum slightly thickened.
