Description: | Colonies effuse, inconspicuous. Mycelium immersed, composed of branched, septate, smooth, subhyaline to pale brown or brown, 1.2-4.0 μm wide hyphae. Conidiophores macronematous, synnematous. Synnemata scattered, single, erect, dark brown to black brown up to 240.0 μm long, 94.8 μm wide at the conidial heads, 44.0 μm at the base; individual threads simple, straight, septate, smooth, brown to dark brown, often paler and swollen at the apex, 2.4-6.0 μm wide. Conidiogenous cells monoblastic, determinate or percurrent. Conidia broad ellipsoidal or obovoid, muriform, smooth, brown, 24.0-37.0 X 14.0-19.2 μm, basal cells sometimes swollen, thin-walled, smooth, subhyaline, up to 14.4 μm long, 12.8 μm wide. | |||
