 Description: colonies diameter on Corn Meal Agar 20-22 mm in 22 days at 25°C, thin, pale yellowish white. Mycelium almostly immersed, sparse superficial, composed of branched, septate, smooth, hyaline to subhyline, 0.8-0.4 μm wide hyphae. Conidiophores micronematous, semimacronematous, mononematous, straight, smooth, hyaline or subhyaline, 4.0-16.8 X 2.0-3.8 μm, often with denticle scattered. Conidiogenous cells polyblastic, denticulate, sympodial; Conidia secession rhexolytic. Conidia fusiform, with deeply constricted at the middle position, smooth to roughened or minute verrculose, subhyaline, 17.2-24.0 X 2.6-3.2 μm.

 Note: This species is very easily recognized by its polyblastic, denticulate conidiogeous cells and fusiform, subhyaline, roughened conidia with deeply constricted at the middle position.
