 Description: Colonies diameter on Corn Meal Agar larger than 50 mm in 15 days, effuse, velvety, more or less floccose, with greyish black to black synnemata scattered, in group or aggregated, white to black; reverse white to dull grey. Mycelium mostly immersed composd of branched, septate, smooth, hyaline to greyish brown, 0.8-4.1 μm wide hyphae. Synnemata hot-dog like, erect up to 1406.0 μm long. Conidiophores macronematous, synnematous; individual threads straight or slinghtly flexuous, pale brown to dark brown or black, smooth to finely roughened, often branched and curved near or at the apex. Conidiogenous Cells monoblastic, discrete, , percurrent, annellate, 6.2-13.0 × 2.4-3.7 μm. Conidia borne in catenate, obovoid or ellipsoidal, often base truncate, apex rounded or acuminate, smooth, grey brown, black in mass, 2.8-6.3 × 2.7-4.4 μm. Penicilli-form scattered.
