 Description: Basidiocarp resupinate, effuse, ± adnate, up to 200 μm thick in section, pellicular to membranaceous. Hymenial surface ivory yellow to ochraceous, grandinioid; margin thinning, concolorous, filamentose-byssoid. Aculei variously abundant, usually separate, conical, up to ca. 150 μm high. Hyphal system monomitic; hyphae nodose-septate. Subiculum with loose texture; hyphae ± horizontal next to the substratum, variously oriented elsewhere, colorless, 2.5-5 μm diam., thin- or slightly thick-walled. Cystidia lacking. Basidia subclavate or cylindrical with a slight middle-constriction, 12-17 × 5.5-6.5 μm, 4-sterigmate. Basidiospores subglobose- globose, adaxially flattened, with a triangle appearance, smooth, thin-walled, quite often with a distinct oil-drop, 3.8-4.8 × 3.3-4 μm, IKI–, CB–.
