 Description: Leaf spots circular to somewhat irregular, 3-6 mm wide, grayish brown, sometimes with a darker margin. Fruiting chiefly hypophyllous. Stromata small or aggregation of a few dark brown cells and up to 25 μm wide. Conidiophores up to 15 in a divergent or coremoid fasci-cle, pale to medium olivaceous brown, paler towards the apex, uniform in width, multiseptate, not branched, not geniculate, straight or slightly wavy, conically truncate at the apex, 70-150 × 3-5.5 μm. Conidia subhyaline to pale olivaceous, cylindric to obclavato- cylindric, straight or nearly so, 3-9 septate, obtuse at the apex, subtruncate or obconically truncate at the base, 20-75 × 4.5-6 μm.
