MEA, 25°C, 7 days: colony diameters 35-36 mm, plane, loose, floccose, margin brown, thin, effuse, entire; mycelium yellowish white (2A2-3) to white; conidiogenesis moderate to abundant, greyish green (27C-D4-5, 29B-C3-5) or greenish white to pale green (29A2-3); exudate and soluble pigment absent; reverse yellowish white to light yellow (3A2-5). G25N, 25°C, 7 days: colony diameters 13-17 mm, center raised, pulvinate, more or less wrinkled, velutinous, margin broad, floccose; mycelium white; conidiogenesis abundant, greyish to dull green (27C-D3-4); exudate and soluble pigment absent; reverse dull yellow to greyish yellow (3B-C3-4) or yellow white (3A2). CYA, 5°C, 7 days: germination with limited growth. CYA, 37°C, 7 days: no germination. Conidiophores and conidia: conidiophores on MEA borne mostly from aerial, partly from superficial mycelium; stipes septate, 90-484 × 3.2-4.0 μm, very rough, thick walled; penicilli mostly terverticillate, often biverticillate, occasionally quaterverticillate; rami finely roughened to roughened, in groups of 2, 19.4-28.8 × 3.0-3.3 μm; ramuli finely roughened, in groups of 1-2, 13.4-19.4 × 2.2-4.4 μm; metulae in verticils of 2-5, finely roughened to roughened, 7.2-12.7 × 3.3-3.8 μm; phialides in verticils of 3-6, ampulliform, smooth to very finely roughened, 8.0-13.6 × 2.4-3.2 μm, collula gradually tapering, short, with broad opening; conidia subsphaeroidal to ellipsoidal, 2.2-4.0 μm, smooth, thin walled, borne in defined columns.
