 Description: CYA, 25°C, 7 days: colony diameters 22-28 mm, dense, radially sulcate, velutinous, center somewhat raised, occasionally floccose, margin entire, narrow; mycelium white; conidiogenesis abundant, dull green (26D-E3-4) or greyish green (25B3-4); exudate yellowish to greenish white (2-3A2), soluble pigment faint orange white (5A2); reverse greyish orange (5B3-5). MEA, 25°C, 7 days: colony diameters 24-26 mm, plane, dense, velutinous, center floccose, margin narrow, entire; mycelium white; conidiogenesis abundant, greyish green, greenish grey (25B2-4, 25C2-4, 26C2-3); exudate and soluble pigment absent; reverse greyish orange (5B4-5), grey-greyish yellow (1B2-3). G25N, 25°C, 7 days: colony diameters 7-12 mm, dense, center raised, radially sulcate, center, margin floccose, subcenter, velutinous, margin deep, entire, broad; mycelium white; conidiogenesis moderate to abundant, greyish green (25B-C3-4, 26C3-4); exudates and soluble pigment absent; reverse brownish grey (6D2, 5E2) or pale to light orange (5A3-5).l CYA, 5°C, 7 days: germination occasional. CYA, 37°C, 7 days: no germination. Conidiophores and conidia: conidiophores on MEA borne from aerial and superficial mycelium; stipes of variable length, smooth, thin walled; penicilli mostly irregularly quaterverticillate, less commonly terverticillate, rami smooth, in groups of 2-3, 20.5-23.3 × 2.4-3.2 μm; ramuli in groups of 2, 8.3-13.8 × 2.2-3.3 μm; metulae in verticils of 2-4, smooth, 4.8-12.7 × 2.8-4.0 μm; phialides in verticils of 3-9, ampulliform, 4.0-7.9 × 2.4-3.2 μm, collula short, abruptly tapering; conidia ovate, subglobose, 2.4-3.5 × 2.4-3.5 μm, smooth, thin walled, borne in defined columns.
