 Description: CYA, 25°C, 7 days: colony diameters 31-38 mm, dense, radially sulcate, velutinous, margin entire, narrow; mycelium white; conidiogenesis abundant, greyish to dull green (25A-C2-3, 26E3-4), exudate yellowish white to yellowish grey (2A-B2) or orange white (5-6A2); solu-ble pigment orange grey to greyish orange (5B2-3) or brownish orange (6C5-6); reverse or-ange white to greyish orange (5A-B2-4). MEA, 25°C, 7 days: colony diameters 25-32 mm, plane, velutinous, margin broad, effuse, thin; mycelium white to yellowish white (3A2); conidiogenesis abundant, greyish green (26D-E4-5); exudate and soluble pigment absent; reverse greenish grey to greyish green (1C2-4), golden grey to light blond (4C2-3) or yellowish white (3A2). G25N, 25°C, 7 days: colony diameters 5-10 mm, center and subcenter somewhat raised, margin low, effuse, velutinous; mycelium white; conidiogenesis abundant, greyish green (25C3-4); exudate and soluble pigment absent; reverse greyish yellow (4B3-4) to yellowish white (4A2). CYA, 5°C, 7 days: with limited germination. CYA, 37°C, 7 days: no growth. Conidiophores and conidia: conidiophores on MEA mostly from superficial mycelium; stipes septate, 58-306 × 3.0-4.0 μm, smooth, thin walled; penicilli mostly quaterverticillate, sometimes terverticillate, and rarely irregularly pentaverticillate; rami smooth, in groups of 1-2, 16.7-35.0 × 2.8-4.0 μm; ramuli smooth, in groups of 1-3, 11.1-18.3 × 2.4-3.2 μm; metulae in verticils of 2-4, smooth, 8.7-16.7 × 2.0-3.2 μm; phialides in verticils of 3-7, smooth, ampulliform to cylindroidal, 7.9-9.4 × 2.0-3.2 μm, collula short; conidia ellipsoidal, 2.8-3.9 × 2.4-3.2 μm, smooth, thin walled, borne in open, irregular columns.
