Description: Colonies diameter on V-8 juice Agar larger than 65 mm in 42 days at 25°C, effuse, more or less floccose, with black, granulate sporodochia-like scattered, yellowish grey to greyish yellow (4B-C2-3); reverse greyish yellow to yellowish brown (4B3;5E4). Mycelium partly superficial, partly immersed, composed of branched, septate, smooth or roughened, subhyaline to pale yellowish brown, 0.8-3.2 μm wide hyphae. Conidiophores micronematous, sporodochia-like, smooth, subhyaline to pale yellowish brown. Co-nidiogenous cells holoblastic. Conidia ellipsoidal pale brown to dark brown, smooth, 26.0-44.0 × 16.2-17.8 μm, consisting of triangular basal cell on which 5-7 parallel, appressed arms arise, each arm with 4-8 septate, up to 24.0-37.3 μm long, 5.4-6.5 μm wide, sometimes with 1-6 obovoid, hyaline thin-walled appendage, mostly lateral, rarely terminal.
