 Description: Pileus 4-8 cm, shell-shaped, tough, brown, covered by white hairs, smooth at margin. Gills crowded, serriate, white. Stipe very short or lacking. Spores broadly ovate, hyaline, verrucos, I-, 3-4 × 2.5-3 μm. Hyphae with clamps.
