Description: Basidiocarp resupinate, effuse, adnate, subceraceous, 60-150 μm thick in section. Hymenial surface clay-colored, darkens in KOH, smooth, sometimes tuberculate owing to accumulation of abundant crystal masses in the subiculum, not cracked; margin thinning, concolorous or paler, pruinose. Hyphal system monomitic; hyphae simple-septate. Subiculum composed of a thin basal layer, with dense texture. Subicular hyphae colorless, mainly horizontal, 2.5-6 μm diam., slightly thick-walled. Crystal masses quite often abundant in the deep subiculum. Hymenium distinctly thickening, with dense texture; hy-phae mainly vertical, colorless, thin-walled. Leptocystidia cylindrical, usually narrower towards apices, colorless, 30-70 × 3.5-6.5 μm, thin-walled, usually bearing one to more secondary septa. Basidia clavate, 13-25 × 3.5-4.5 μm, 4-sterigmate. Basidiospores suballantoid, smooth, thin-walled, 4.7-6 × 2-2.7 μm, IKI-, CB-.
