Description: Hyphal system monomitic; hyphae simple-septate. Subiculum uniform, composed of basal layer, with compact texture, thin, up to ca. 20 μm thick; hyphae horizontal, colorless, rather distinct, ± agglutinated, straight, 3-6 μm diam., thin- or slightly thick-walled. Hymenial layer with compact texture, distinctly thickening; hyphae ± vertical, colorless, usually agglutinated, indistinct, 2-3.5 μm diam., thin-walled. Crystals and yellow resinous material rather common throughout section. Cystidia variably abundant, immersed or projecting, apically heavily encrusted for over half of their lengths, subulate, 40-80 × 12-22 μm (encrustation included), with 1-4.5 μm thick walls. Basidia clavate or subclavate, (17-) 20-27 (-30) × 5.5-7 μm, 4-sterigmate. Basidiospores broadly ellipsoid or subglobose, with a minute apiculus, smooth, thin-walled, with homogeneous contents, (5.7-) 6.2-7.3 (-8) × (3.8-) 4.2-4.8 (-5.3) μm, IKI-, CB-.
