Description: | Basidiocarp perennial, resupinate, effused up to 2 cm wide, woody hard, readily separable from substrate, light in weight; upper surface tomentose, yellowish brown to dark brown, concentrically zonate and sulcate; Pores rounded, angular to hexagonal, 0.2-0.5 mm diam; pore surface dark yellowish brown to chocolate brown, glancing. Hyphal system dimitic; generative hyphae simple septate, hyaline to light brown, up to 2.5 µm wide; skeletal hy-phae dominating in the structure, thick-walled, brown to dark brown, up to 3.0 µm.
