 Description: Pileus 5-15 cm, campanulate then flat, yellow brown to ochraceous, powdery, margin entire. Flesh white, turning red when bruised. Gills free, crowded of several lengths, ocher. Stipe central, 8-15 × 1.2-3 cm, hollow, ocher, powder. Annulus membranous, ocher, descending. Spores fusiform, ocher yellow, smooth or verrucose, 10-13 × 4.5-5.5 μm. Cystidia not seen. Hyphae with clamps.
