 Description: Pileus 2-4 cm, flat, umblicate, dark brown, glabrous, margin smooth. Gills adnate to decurrent, crowded of several lengths, pale brown, smooth. Stipe central, 2-3 × 0.2-0.3 cm, solid, dark brown, smooth. Spores elliptical, hyaline, smooth, I-, 7-10 × 3.5-4.5 μm. Cystidia fusiform, Hyphae with clamps.
