 Description: Pileus 2-3 cm, flat, white, yellow-brown at the center, glabrous, viscid, margin striate. Gills free, crowded of several lengths, white, entire. Stipe central, 3-4 × 0.3-0.4 cm, solid, white, glabrous. Spores broadly elliptical, hyaline, smooth, I-, 5-6 × 4-4.5 μm. Hyphae with clamps.
