 Description: Pileus 4-7 cm, convex to flat, slightly umbonate, yellow, covered by white scales, margin striate. Gills free, crowded of several lengths, pale yellow, entire. Stipe central, 7-9 × 0.4-0.6 cm, cylindrical, hollow, yellow, flat scaly, base enlarged. Annulus membranous, yellow, ascending. Spores broadly elliptical, with apical germ pores, thick-walled, hyaline, smooth, I+, 8-12 × 6-7 μm. Cystidia ventricose. Hyphae without clamps.
