 Description: Pileus 5-6.5 cm, convex to flat, white, shaggy, covered by brown scales, margin entire. Gills free, crowded of several lengths, pale yellow, entire. Stipe central, 5-6 × 0.5-1 cm, cylindrical, hollow, white, glabrous. Annulus membranous, descending, white. Spores elliptical, hyaline, smooth, I+, 5-6.5 × 2.8-3 μm. Cystidia
