Entoloma murraii (Beck. & Curt.) Sacc., Syll. fung. (Abellini) 14: 127. 1889.

Basionym: Agaricus murraii Berk. & M.A. Curtis, Ann. Mag. nat. Hist. 4: 289. 1859.

 Description: Pileus 1.5-2.5 cm, campanulate, acutely umbonate, pale yellow to brightly yellow, glabrous, margin striate. Gills adnate, distant of several lengths, yellow, entire. Stipe central, 4.5-5 × 0.2-0.4 cm, cylindrical, hollow, yellow, glabrous. Spores polyhedral, pinkish, smooth, I-, 8-11 μm. Cystidia clavate. Hyphae with clamps.

Taiwan, Taichung: Anmashan, on soil, 15 June 1999, CWN 04203 (TNM F0013134).

 Habitat: Isolated or scattered on ground in broad-leaved forest.
