Description: | Pileus 5-8 cm, convex to flat, white to pale ocher, covered by white warts, margin even. Gills free, crowded of several lengths, white, entire. Stipe central, 8 × 1.5-2 cm, solid, white, warty. Annulus membranous, white, fragile. Volva bulbous, white, warty. Spores broadly elliptical, hyaline, smooth, I+, 8-10 × 6-8 μm, hyphae without clamps. | |||
