Description: | Pileus 11-16 cm, campanulate to flat, white, with ocher cuticles, slightly viscoid, margin entire or slightly striate. Gills free, crowded of several lengths, white, smoth or denticulate. Stipe central, 13-22 × 1.2-2 cm, solid, white, velvety. Annulus dirty-white, fragile, membranous. Volva bulb-like, ocher. Spores elliptical, hyaline, smooth, I+, 7-9 × 5-6 μm. Cystidia clavate. | |||
