Description: | Pileus 5-15 cm, campanulate to flat, yellow brown to dark brown, glabrous, margin striate. Gills free, crowded of several lengths, creamy yellow, entire. Stipe central, 12-16 × 0.5-1.5 cm, hollow, spotted, pale yellow, glabrous. Annulus orange, membranous,descending. Volva saccate, membranous, white. Spores broadly elliptical, hyaline, smooth, I-, 9.5-14 × 7-10 μm. Cystidia clavate. Hyphae without clamps. | |||
