Description: | Pileus 6-7 cm, campanulate to flat, brown, glabrous, margin striate. Gills free, crowded of several lengths, pinkish, smooth. Stipe central, 11-12 × 1-1.3 cm, hollow, grayish white, fib-rillose. Annulus white, membranous. Volva saccate, membranous, white. Spores broadly elliptical, hyaline, smooth, I-, 10-14 × 7-9 μm. Hyphae without clamps. | |||
