 Description: Apothecia gregarious on soil or rock, growing with green algae to form crustose lichen on basal part. Cortex of lichen composed of intricated hyphae, without rhizoid. Disc smooth, light pink, 1.5-2.5 mm. Stipe 1.5 mm, concolorous with disc. Asci 57-72 × 5.7-7.6 μm, clavate with slender base, apex usually conical, J+, 8-ascospored. Ascospores hyaline, 8.4-10.2 × 2.4-3 μm, non-septate, fusiform, with two guttules. Paraphyses swllown on apical part, exceeding the asci, septate.
