Leaf spots subcircular or irregular, dark brown with a yellowish margin, 3-4 × 2-3 mm. Pseudoperithecia epiphyllous, immersed, globose, dark brown, ostiolate, 94-117 μm in diam., 109-156 μm high. Asci cylindrical, bitunicate, short-stalked, 8-spored, apseudopara-physate, 38-62 × 6-12 μm. Ascospores fusiform, biseriate, 2-celled, one septum near the middle position, constricted, the upper cell wider than the lower cell, attenuated at each end, pale olivaceous, 12-16 × 4 μm. | |||
