Description: | Leaf spots orbicular, numerous, 0.5-6 mm wide, brown to ashen grey in the center, with a fuligineous brown, red or purple margin. Fruiting amphigenous but chiefly epiphyllous. Stromata none or small. Conidiophores fasciculate, pale brown near the base, paler towards the apex and almost hyaline at the tip, slightly to strongly attenuated, not branched, multiseptate, mildly geniculate, 10-100 × 3-3.5 μm. Conidia hyaline, acicular, straight to mildly curved, indistinctly multiseptate, acute at the apex, subtruncate at the base 50-200 × 2.5-4 μm. | |||
