Those borne in the aerial mycelium from polyphialides are spindle-shaped, straight to slightly curved, thick-walled, and with a papilla basal cell. The majorityof macroconidia borne from monophialides in sporodochia are sickle-shaped, slightlycurved and with a foot-shaped basal cell mostly 3-5 septate, 23.7-51.3 × 4.1-5.0 μm.
