 Description: CYA, 25°C, 7 days: colony diameters 24-26 mm, radially sulcate, velutinous, margin entire, dense; mycelium light yellow (2A5) to greyish yellow (2B4); conidiogenesis abundant, greyish green to dull green (27E3-5); exudate yellowish white to light yellow (1A2-5); soluble pigment light yellow (2A4-5); reverse greyish green to deep green (25E7-8), greyish yellow to olive yellow (3C4-6) or greyish yellow (3B3-6). MEA, 25°C, 7 days: colony diameters 28-30 mm, plane, velutinous, margin low, entire, thin, effuse; mycelium white, greyish yellow (2B3-4); conidiogenesis abundant, farinose, dull green to greyish green (27D3-5, 27E3-5); exudate and soluble pigment light yellow (3A4-5); reverse yellow (3A6-7), greyish yellow (3C3-7) or dull yellow (3B3-4). G25N, 25°C, 7 days: no growth restricted, colonies diameter 3-6 mm. CYA, 5°C, 7 days: no germination. CYA, 37°C, 7 days: no germination. Conidiophores and conidia: conidiophores on MEA borne from superficial and aerial myce-lium; stipes septate, 6-420 × 2.4-3.2 μm, smooth, finely roughened to spinose, thin walled; penicillin biverticillate, occasionally monoverticillate; metulate in verticals of 2-6, finely roughened, 6.4-11.2 × 3.4-4.0 μm; phialides in verticals of 4-10, ampulliform, smooth to very finely roughened, 8.0-10.6 × 2.4-3.8 μm, collula up to 4.0 μm in length; conidia pre-dominantly ellipsoidal, 2.4-3.5 × 2.4-2.7 μm, finely roughened to roughened, thin walled, borne in short disordered columns.
