Quickly confirm the safety of Aspergillus oryzae and A. sojae Using the sequence of aflR gene, the regulatory gene for aflatoxin biosynthesis, we can quickly eliminate the possibility of producing aflatoxin by Aspergillus oryzae and Aspergillus sojae.

Biological function analysis - Nuclear Receptor Screening Services and Anticancer Screening We offer services in screening biological samples or small molecules against certain nuclear receptors (NRs), as well as the activity of a transcription factor involved in cancer pathogenesis. Taking advantage of luminescent reporter genes delivered into selected human cell lines, the expression of nuclear receptor-controlled genes can be accessed by a luminescence counter. Our current services include assays of four human nuclear receptors, including androgen receptor, estrogen receptor, progesterone receptor, and glucocorticoid receptor. We also offer an assay targeted on Wnt signaling cascade which is related to the pathogenesis of numerous cancers. Our assays are configured to analyze various forms of samples, such as crude extracts, partially purified natural products, or pure compounds.
