 Description: Leaf spots orbicular, 1-4 mm wide, yellowish at first, without definite border, then turn grayish brown with a yellowish to orange halo. Fruiting hypophyllous, appearing as tan or brown, effuse to velvety orbicular patches on the corresponding lower surface, without definite border. Stromata meagre to 35 μm in diameter, dark brown. Conidiophores up to 18 in a fascicle, pale yellowish brown or very pale fuligineous, uniform in colour, irregular in width, straight to undulate or curved, 1-7 septate, sometimes branched, 0-2 geniculate, bluntly rounded or subtruncate at the apex, 20-80 × 4-6 μm, conidial scars unthickened. Conidia subhyaline to pale fuligineous, cylindric to cylindro-obclavate, straight to curved, 1-7 septate, smooth or slightly constricted at the septa, subobtuse to obtuse at the apex, obconically truncate at the base, 35-70 × 4-5 μm.
