 Description: Leaf spois mostly indistinct, when present circular to irregular, yellowish to pale brown or dingy grey, sometimes with a dark brown border, 2-7 mm wide. Fruiting chiefly hypophyllous, mostly effuse in circular patches, olivaceous, but sometimes not effuse when spots are present. Stromata lacking or a few brown cells in the stomatal openings. Conidiophores sometimes not fasciculate but usually 4-15 in a divergent fascicle, pale olivaceous to olivaceous brown, uniform in colour, irregular in width, longer ones curved, sharply bent or undulate, branched, 1-4 septate, sometimes slightly constricted at some septa, rarely geniculate, conic at the apex, 10-50 × 3-5 μm. Conidia pale olivaceous, cylindric to obclavato-cylindric, straight to mildly curved, 3-9 septate, subobtuse to broadly rounded at the apex, subobtuse to broadly rounded at the apex, sharply obconic or obconically truncate at the base, 15-90 × 2.5-5 μm.
