Description: | Colonies diameter on Oat Meal Agar larger than 90 mm in 55 days at 25°C, effuse, dark brown to black; reverse black. Mycelium partly superficial, partly immersed, composed of branched, septate, smooth to verrucose, hyaline to pale brown or brown, 1.1-6.8 μm wide hyphae. Conidiophores macronematous, mononematous, simple or rarely branched, flexuous, septate, smooth to verrucose, pale brown to brown, 14.0-142.0 X 3.2-7.2. Conidiogenous cells polytretic, terminal or intercalary, sympodial. Conidia ellipsoidal, 2-4-septate, subhyaline to pale brown at the both end cells, intermediate cell, brown, conspicously warted-walled, 18.0-37.0 X 8.0-16.0 μm. | |||
