Description: | Growth onYM agar: After 7 days at 25℃, streak culture is pink to orange, smooth, glistening and raised. The edge is entire. Growth in YM broth: After 3 days at 25℃, cell are globose or ellipsoidal. Cell size are (2.5-7.0 ×2.0-9.5 μm), single and in pair. Reproduction by multilateral budding. Dalmau plate culture on corn meal agar: After 7 days at 25℃, pseudomycelium is absent. | |||
