 Description: Uredinia hypophyllous, scattrered or grouped, powdery, light brown to brown; urediniospores subglobose, globose obovoid, 44.1-50×36.8-48.8 μm, slightly thickened at apices, walls 4-6 μm thick, echinulate, germ pores 1 or 2, superequatorial. Telia hypophyllous, erumpent, powdery or compact, dark brown to black; teliospores ellipsoid, oblong or clavate, rounded or acuminate at apices, narrow at base, 51.3-70×20-29.4 μm, wall light brown, smooth, 4-8 μm thick at apices, the wall 1.8-3.6 μm thick; pedicels hyaline, up to 55μm long.
