 Description: Uredinia hypophyllous, scattered or in grouped, minute, rounded, yellow to orange- yellow, paraphyses peripheral and intermixed, numerous, incurved or irregular, yellow, walls uniformly 1-1.5 μm thick or thickened above up to 7 μm; urediniospores obovoid, oblong or ellipsoid, colorless, 16.3-27.5×12.5-22.5 μm, walls 1.5 μm , echinulate.
