 Description: Leaf spots dark brown to black, orbicular, 2-5 mm wide. Fruiting chiefly epiphyllous. Stromata lacking or small. Conidiophores 3-20 in a fascicle, pale to medium olivaceous brown, septa mostly near the base, straight or geniculate, rarely branched, subtruncate at the apex, 20-120 × 3.5-6 μm; conidial scars conspicuously thickened. Conidia hyaline, acicular, slightly curved, indistinctly multiseptate, acute at the apex, subtruncate at the base, 45-150 × 2.5-5 μm.
