 Description: Pileus 5-10 cm, shell- or spatula-shaped, grayish white to brownish gray, smooth, margin. Gills deccurrent along stipe, white to grayish white. Stipe eccentric, 1-3 × 1-2 cm, solid, white, smooth. Spores cylindric, hyaline, smooth, I-, 7-9 × –3.5 μm. Cystidia not seen. Hyphae with clamps.
