 Description: Pileus 1.5-4 cm, flat, cream white to grayish brown, glabrous, viscid, striate. Gills adnate, distant of several lengths and veins, white, smooth. Stipe central, 2.5-4 × 0.2-0.5 cm, solid, coriaceous, white, glabrous. Annulus membranous, white. Spores broadly elliptical to ovate, hyaline, smooth, I-, 15-21 × 15-20 μm. Cystidia cylindrical, obtuse. Hyphae with clamps.
