 Description: Pileus 4-6 cm, flat, pale yellow brown, glabrous, margin striate. Gills adnate, distant of several length, brown, smooth. Stipe central, 3 × 0.2 cm, solid, creamy white, globrous. Spores elliptical, hyaline, smooth, I-, 8-10 × 3-4 μm. Cystidia irregular clavate. Hyphae with clamps.
