Description: | Pileus 13-20 cm, campanulate then flat, white to pale brown, covered by brown scales, margin entire. Gills free, crowded of several lengths, white. Stipe central, 23-38 × 1.2-1.5 cm, hollow, pale brown, with brown scales, base slightly enlarged. Annulus membranous, grayish brown. Spores ovate, each with a germ pore, pale yellow, smooth, I+, 11-17 × 8-10 μm. Cystidia clavate. Hyphae with clamps. | |||
