 Description: Pileus 3-4 cm, convex then flat, white, covered by yellow squamules, margin prominently striate. Gills free, crowded of several lengths, white. Stipe central, 3-8 × 0.15-0.3 cm, hollow, yellow, with yellow hairs, base slightly enlarged. Annulus membranous, yellow, ascending. Spores elliptical, each with a germ pore, and a oil globule, hyaline, smooth, I+, 9-13 × 6-8 μm. Cystidia clavate. Hyphae without clamps.
