 Description: Pileus 0.5-2 cm, campanulate, white, glabrous, margin entire. Gills adnate, slightly distant of several lengths, white, entire. Stipe central, 2-6 × 0.1-0.3 cm, hollow, white, glabrous. Spores polyhedral, pale yellow, smooth, I-, 10-12 μm. Hyphae with clamps.
