Description: | Pileus 2-8 cm, convex to flat, pale yellow to yellow-brown, smooth with scales, margin striate. Gills adnate, crowded, smooth, cream white. Stipe central, 3-5.5 × 0.3-0.8 cm, hollow, white with brown striation. Annulus membranous, dentate, cream white. Spores elliptical, hyaline, smooth, I-, 8-10 × 5.5-6 μm. Hyphae without clamps. | |||
